These are the terms and conditions for the NXT:Commerce Awards 2024. It is intended to be a comprehensive document, although NXT:Commerce Summit and its partners reserve the right to amend the terms should the need arise (participants will be informed of any notable changes).
Please note there is no purchase necessary to enter the awards.
Overview
The NXT:Commerce Awards 2024, powered by Ask Phill, Klaviyo, Shopify, Gorgias, Yotpo, Voyado, and Adyen, is a premier event within the NXT:Commerce Summit designed to celebrate outstanding achievements and innovations within the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ecosystem. These awards aim to honor brands and individuals pushing the boundaries of D2C commerce.
Contest Entry Period
Entry for the NXT:Commerce Awards 2024 begins at 12:01 AM CET on the 16th of September 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM CET on the 16th of October 2024.
Eligibility
The NXT:Commerce Awards 2024 are open to all D2C brands. Participants must be able to attend the awards ceremony during the NXT:Commerce Summit on the 7th of November, in-person. Additionally, nominees must be able to provide proof of their achievements, including relevant metrics.
Please note that no agencies or vendors/suppliers are eligible to participate.
How to Enter
- Submit your entry:
- Visit NXT:Commerce Awards landing page on nxtcommercesummit.com/awards
- Brands and individuals may enter the awards themselves or be nominated by the NXT:Commerce Summit team or its partners
- Each Nominator (the person that entered the organization into this Contest) must have an unrestricted right and have obtained the approval of the Nominated Organization to submit the entry on behalf of the Nominated Organization.
- Each Nominator may enter multiple award categories, but a separate form must be submitted for each category
- Complete the online entry form, ensuring all required fields are filled out. Forms must be submitted by the deadline of 11:59 PM CET on 16th of October 2024
- The entry must be in English
Award Categories and Judging Criteria
Entries will be evaluated by a jury composed of representatives from selected partners and industry leaders of NXT:Commerce Summit, including Ask Phill, Klaviyo, Shopify, Gorgias, Yotpo, Voyado, and Adyen. The jury will assess entries based on the following categories, criteria and process:
- NXT:Unified Commerce Strategy Award
- Integration Excellence: Effective strategy to synchronize online, in-store, and B2B sales channels.
- Customer Experience: Seamless shopping experience across all channels.
- Business Impact: Measurable improvements in efficiency, sales, or customer satisfaction.
- NXT:New Kid on The Block Award
- Growth Rate: Significant growth in revenue, customer base, or market share in the past year.
- Market Disruption: Introduction of disruptive products, services, or business models.
- Innovation: Unique strategies that distinguish the nominee from competitors.
- Potential: Demonstrated potential for sustained growth and influence.
- NXT:Customer Experience Award
- Customer Satisfaction: High customer satisfaction ratings and positive feedback (e.g., NPS scores).
- Customer Engagement: Effective strategies to engage customers and foster relationships.
- Personalization: Tailored experiences that cater to individual customers.
- Innovation: New initiatives or technologies that enhance customer loyalty.
- NXT:Commerce Leader of the Year Award
- Industry Impact: Influential approaches that set industry trends or standards.
- Business Growth: Notable achievements in business expansion and market penetration.
- Leadership: Demonstration of exceptional leadership qualities.
Selection Process
- Two weeks before the event, the NXT:Commerce Summit team will make a shortlist of 3 nominees per category
